Subject: Welcome to the TeamOne Hybrid Cloud Management Workshop – Firenze 2026

Dear colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that I write to welcome you to the TeamOne Hybrid Cloud Management Workshop, taking place in Firenze in 2026. Congratulations on your selection to participate in this initiative. Your expertise and professional commitment make you essential contributors to our collective effort.

The TeamOne initiative represents a collaborative, hands-on effort to evaluate, define, and implement modern cloud management practices across our global infrastructure. This workshop has been designed as a working session in which we will address real operational challenges and develop solutions that will benefit teams and operations worldwide.

Our work during this workshop will centre on the following key areas:

Azure Arc — Hybrid infrastructure management and server onboarding
Azure Policy — Governance and compliance enforcement at scale
Ansible / Configuration Management — Automation and orchestration across environments
Hybrid Cloud Governance & Operations — Unified management practices and operational standards

The purpose of this workshop is threefold. First, we will evaluate and compare the capabilities of Ansible, Azure Policy, and DSC/Machine Configuration to determine which tools are best suited to our operational requirements. Second, we will work together to define cloud-native management standards that align with our organisational goals. Third, we will produce clear, actionable recommendations and accompanying documentation that can be implemented across our global operations.

You should expect a programme built around hands-on laboratories and real-world scenarios. We will work across teams, share knowledge openly, and document our findings thoroughly. The outcomes of this workshop are intended to have practical application in environments across multiple regions.

I encourage each of you to engage fully, ask questions, and challenge assumptions. The value of this workshop lies not only in the tools we evaluate but in the shared learning and collaboration that will emerge from our time together. Your contributions will directly shape how we manage and govern our hybrid cloud infrastructure going forward.

Thank you for your commitment to this initiative. I look forward to the work ahead and to the outcomes we will achieve together.

Warm regards,
