It is with great pleasure that I write to welcome you to the TeamOne Hybrid Cloud Management Workshop, taking place in Firenze in 2026. The TeamOne initiative represents a collaborative, hands-on effort to evaluate, define, and implement modern cloud management practices across our global infrastructure. This workshop has been designed as a working session in which we will address real operational challenges and develop solutions that will benefit teams and operations worldwide.

Our work during this workshop will centre on the following key areas:

The purpose of this workshop is threefold. First, we will evaluate and compare the capabilities of Ansible, Azure Policy, and DSC/Machine Configuration to determine which tools are best suited to our operational requirements. Second, we will work together to define cloud-native management standards that align with our organisational goals. Third, we will produce clear, actionable recommendations and accompanying documentation that can be implemented across our global operations.

You should expect a programme built around hands-on laboratories and real-world scenarios. We will work across teams, share knowledge openly, and document our findings thoroughly. The outcomes of this workshop are intended to have practical application in environments across multiple regions.
